Road Tankers

We supply road tankers dedicated to carrying insulating oil.

During maintenance of oil filled equipment there is usually a need to either change, or store the oil. The most cost efficient and secure method is to use road tankers.

We can supply:

• Single and Multi compartment tankers

These tankers:

• Are fitted with desiccant breathers
• Dedicated pumps and lines for clean and used oil
• Have compartment capacities from 1,500 litres up to 36,000 litres*
• All hoses are inspected annually with a pressure test up to 10 bar

Limited Access Road Tankers

We also have specialist tanks that can access the most difficult of locations.

We can supply:

• Single Axle “Urban Artic” tanks that allow unrivalled access to sites where conventional tankers are unable to deliver.
• Twin axle “Urban Artic” tanks that can carry larger deliveries to limited access sites.

These tankers:

• Are fitted with desiccant breathers
• Dedicated pumps and lines for clean and used oil
• Have compartment capacities from 1,500 litres
• All hoses are inspected annually with a pressure test up to 10 bar

Our tankers are suitable for:

• Short and long term storage of insulating oil on or off site whilst maintenance is undertaken
• Oil change maintenance involving removal of used oil and refill of new/reconditioned oil
• Storage of oil before reprocessing into equipment or fixed storage tanks

Insulating Oil Bowsers

Insulating Oil bowsers are the environmentally secure alternative to drums for smaller equipment maintenance.

We can supply:

• 2 Compartments to carry both New/Reconditioned oil and used oil, with separate electrical pumping systems to ensure product integrity.
• Single compartment dedicated to either used or New/Reconditioned oil again with electrical pumping systems to ensure product integrity.
• Single compartment with electrical pump to allow temporary storage of oil whilst maintenance is undertaken.
• All pumping equipment is stored in a lockable cabinet with the facility to carry additional hoses if required.
• The bowsers are fitted with desiccant breathers.
• The bowsers can be supplied with new or reconditioned oil and delivered to your site ready to work. They can be towed by a suitable vehicle on and between sites. This removes the need for manual handing equipment and other risks associated with drums.
• They remove the risk and cost associated with the requirement for empty drums to drain and store used oil.

Our Insulating oil bowsers allow the user to have up to 2000 litres of oil available on site at any time in a safe fully bunded format that complies fully with current Pollution Prevention Guidelines.

All our vehicles are fully equiped with spill Kits, drip trays and fire extinguishers.
